Exodus
The motor is a TS cylinder with the inlet considerably enlarged to take a YZ125 reed cage and a handmade manifold.  The transfers have been blended throughout and made significantly larger and re-angled and now there are seven transfers.  I welded in a half liner before having it re-plated.  It runs a Wiseco Suzuki TS250.  Stroke is 62 with a 70 bore.  Ignition is an AF, flywheel machined down, 30mm Amal powerjet bored to 34.5mm, PM pipe with Li gears running 17/46.

I have yet to dyno it or test it on the strip but front wheel wont stay down in first and easily lifts in second even with 17/46.  It probably isn't overly powerful at peak but it has a very wide powerband and revs out very cleanly throughout meaning it is possible to keep it well on the power through all the gears and it accelerates quickly as a result.

Paint was by me and plating and engraving by Peter Robinson.

New motor: Under development uses a Rapido 250 cylinder, piston is a Wiseco Kawasaki H2750 and the crank is an HPC 60mm with RD400 rod.  The head is an MB large cast head central plug and the whole thing runs on direct air cooling.  The ignition is an Indian electronic with the flywheel machined down.  Gears are LI with 18/47.  Carb is 35 TMX and pipe a sterling....
